A change of note: I have a small bungalow back in England. I rent it out but it only gets me 269 english pounds each month. I have to pay 60 pounds for gas and 60 pounds for electrical check every year. Also somebody does the tax send-in for me: that costs 100 pounds each year. Right now, the estate agent (they take 50 pounds every month) are saying that water leaks and other problems have emerged. I can't trust them to get the work done cheaply. they will certainly try to charge me around 2,000 pounds for any building contractor work. So, i may have to tell the tenant to leave ( i have to give him two months notice to quit) and return to England in July. I hope not: I don't want to go back there, but i can find out a cheaper solution to getting the repairs done, if i go back and look at things myself. Unfortunately, it is very easy to get take advantage of by the estate agents. If i do go back i will repaint the whole place, do repairs and put the building up for sale. I might get 50,000 if i am extremely lucky. Most likely something like 42,000 pounds.
